Annual Demonstration Moot by Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh

Annual Demonstration Moot for the curricular moot court programme organised by Department of Laws on Wednesday, the 5^th February, 2014 at 6.00 p.m. in the University Auditorium. This was an attempt to replicate the courtroom scene within the portals of this department. This little effort would go a long way in striking the right balance between theory and practice.     

The Demonstration Moot was presided over by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain, Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court and the case was argued by Mr. Amar Vivek and Ms. Tanu Bedi, Advocates of Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
